Podomoro Golf View Officially Opens Its Marketing Lounge At The University Of Indonesia

Podomoro Golf View, a superblok project with a one-stop living concept owned by PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) located in Cimanggis, is strengthening its collaboration with the University of Indonesia (UI) through the inauguration of a marketing lounge at the University of Indonesia area in Depok.

This collaboration is aimed at meeting the needs of UI students and academic community for housing, such as providing exclusive apartments in Tower Ekki Podomoro Golf View.

NoerIndradjaja, the Deputy CEO of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, explained that the presence of the Podomoro Golf View marketing lounge at the University of Indonesia is a concrete step for the developer to get closer and provide the best service to potential consumers, making it easier to access apartment ownership.

As for the apartment units in Tower Ekki Podomoro Golf View prepared for UI students, there are a total of 196 units. Carrying the concept of student housing, there are three types of apartment units to choose from, starting from Studio Type with a building area of 22 m2, starting at Rp 300 million, 2 Bedroom Type with a building area of 36 m2, starting at Rp 500 million, and 3 Bedroom Type with a building area of 51 m2, starting at Rp 900 million.
