Sinar Mas Land Has Won An Accolade, The 2024 FIABCI World Prix D'Excellence Awards

Sinar Mas Land achieved an impressive international achievement through one of its projects, Navapark BSD City, at The 2024 FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards as the Silver Winner in the Sustainable Development category, on Thursday (5/30) at the Gardens by the Bay, Singapore.

The FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards is the highest property award in the world and an appreciation for the best property masterpieces globally, showcasing innovation and excellence from various main aspects given annually alongside the FIABCI Congress. From 2011 to 2024, Sinar Mas Land has won 12 awards from the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards.

Navapark is a premium residential area covering 77 hectares in BSD City developed by PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa, a joint venture company between two companies with international reputations, Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land. This residential area is inspired by the charm of exotic resorts worldwide, combining residential, lake resort, waterfront, family recreation, leisure, vast greenery, and lifestyle.
