Danantara Successfully Secures Dividend Contributions From 7 State-Owned Enterprises Amounting To Rp97.32 Trillion

Several state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have announced their dividend distribution decisions for the fiscal year 2024. BPI Danantara, which manages seven state-owned companies, is set to receive a substantial dividend, potentially amounting to Rp97.32 trillion. Recently, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) decided to distribute a dividend of Rp13.95 trillion during its Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday (March 26, 2025). The dividend for the fiscal year 2024 declared by BNI is equivalent to Rp374.05 per share. With the government holding 48.53 billion shares, representing 52% of the total shares, the dividend payment from BBNI to the government through BPI Danantara will reach Rp22.62 trillion.

Furthermore, during the Annual General Meeting, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) announced a dividend distribution from its net profit for the fiscal year 2024 amounting to Rp51.74 trillion, or Rp343.40 per share. The government, through PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI), which operates as the holding company for Danantara, owns 60% of BBRI's total shares, totaling 374.05 billion, and will receive a total dividend of Rp22.37 trillion.

In addition, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) has decided to distribute a dividend of Rp43.5 trillion, or Rp466.18 per share. With the government owning 53.19% of BMRI's total shares, the dividend payment from BMRI to Danantara will amount to Rp80.61 trillion. Meanwhile, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Pertamina (Persero), PT PLN (Persero), and MIND ID have yet to announce their dividend policies. Based on last year's dividend contributions to the state, which were Rp9.21 trillion, Rp14.02 trillion, Rp3.09 trillion, and Rp11.20 trillion respectively, if these four state-owned companies maintain the same dividend distribution to the government for the fiscal year 2024, the total dividend received by Danantara would reach Rp97.32 trillion.
