Prabowo Meets With Eight Prominent Business Leaders, Including Anthony Salim And Tomy Winata

The President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, welcomed eight prominent Indonesian entrepreneurs at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

According to the Cabinet Secretariat, Teddy Indra Wijaya, these distinguished business figures come from diverse backgrounds.

Among them are Mr. Anthony Salim, Mr. Sugianto Kusuma, Mr. Prajogo Pangestu, Mr. Boy Thohir, Mr. Franky Widjaja, Mr. Dato Sri Tahir, Mr. James Riady, and Mr. Tomy Winata, as stated by Mayor Teddy on the Instagram account @sekretariat.kabinet.

During this occasion, President Prabowo engaged in discussions regarding the latest developments in the nation and the global arena, as well as the key programs currently being implemented by the government.

These programs include initiatives such as Free Nutritious Meals, infrastructure development, the textile industry, food and energy self-sufficiency, industrialization, and the Investment Management Agency Danantara, he noted.

In a warm discussion atmosphere, President Prabowo also expressed his appreciation for the support provided by these entrepreneurs towards the government's initiatives.

"President Prabowo acknowledged the backing offered by the entrepreneurs for various policies and programs of the government, particularly those concerning the interests and welfare of the people," he added.
