Officials Will Be Regularly Evaluated Based On Community Feedback

The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) values and appreciates the suggestions and criticisms from the public, especially regarding the organizational restructuring led by the Minister of Communication and Digital, Meutya Hafid. These inputs are essential for fostering good governance.

This was stated by the Director General of Public Communication and Media (Dirjen KPM) of Kemkomdigi, Fifi Aleyda Yahya, in Jakarta on Monday (January 20, 2025).

"We thank all segments of society for their concern for Kemkomdigi. We are optimistic about improving our performance amid the increasingly complex digital era," she said.

Dirjen KPM added that the appointed officials will be regularly evaluated on their work and performance, with evaluations conducted directly by the Minister of Communication and Digital.

"All appointed officials have signed an integrity pact before starting their duties. We hope they will work responsibly and in line with the Minister's directives and President Prabowo Subianto's vision," Fifi continued.

These efforts reflect Kemkomdigi's commitment to creating a clean, transparent, and accountable work environment. "President Prabowo has mandated the establishment of a clean government free from misconduct," she explained.

Fifi noted that public attention towards Kemkomdigi is significant, as the agency drives digital transformation in Indonesia.

"Certainly, we welcome input from the public, both suggestions and criticisms. Effective oversight must be a collective effort. Collaboration among all stakeholders is crucial to ensure optimal progress," Fifi stated.
