37 Accor Hotels In Greater Jakarta Offer Various Promos

Wednesday, 06 Nov 2024

Accor, in collaboration with 37 hotels in the Greater Jakarta area, hosted an event titled “Meet ALL Partners” on Friday, November 1, 2024. Approximately 300 clients and business partners of Accor attended the gathering, which concluded with a movie screening at CGV Grand Indonesia in Central Jakarta. "We invited all our corporate clients to participate in an event that differs from our previous activities. Our hope is that by offering a unique experience, we can create a more meaningful impression," stated Stephane Bryer, Director of Operations for Greater Jakarta, during his remarks to the media at the event.

Among the hotels that participated in this event were Swissotel Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills, Pullman Jakarta Central Park, Movenpick Jakarta City Center, Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran, and Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. Stephane also mentioned that Accor recently opened its newest hotels, namely Hotel Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City and Movenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre Pecenongan.

Additionally, Lisa P. Sanjoyo, General Manager of Mercure Jakarta Cikini, shared insights regarding the year-end program preparations across all Accor hotels in Indonesia. "All Accor hotels, particularly in Greater Jakarta, are preparing room promotions. Typically, these promotions include gala dinners and options for one to two-night stays, depending on each hotel," Lisa explained.

Regarding hotel rates, Lisa indicated that the prices for staying at Accor hotels are quite competitive, considering the wide range of options from budget to luxury accommodations. "Typically, hotels near tourist attractions, such as Ancol, tend to be quite busy (during the year-end), but several hotels in the city center are also experiencing a good level of occupancy as all hotels are preparing for various events," she added.

Currently, the overall occupancy rate for Accor hotels in Greater Jakarta is around 70 percent. Lisa noted that this figure is relatively high compared to last year, although it has not yet fully recovered to the levels seen in 2019. "We hope that next year, our collaboration with corporate clients will improve, especially with the new government in place," Lisa stated.
