Telkomsel has launched its latest one-stop health solution, Komunitas Sehat, to expand access to affordable and comprehensive digital health services. Equipped with added value in the form of protection guarantees and integrated health services, this innovative solution brings an end-to-end health ecosystem that covers protection, wellness, treatment, and community. With Komunitas Sehat, launched in Bali (21/7), Telkomsel invites customers and the public to improve their quality of life and health simultaneously. Tuty R. Afriza, VP Prepaid Consumer Marketing Telkomsel, said, "Komunitas Sehat is part of our commitment as a leading digital telecommunications service provider to enhance the quality of life and health of the Indonesian people. With a one-stop digital solution that covers various aspects of health services, Telkomsel hopes to open up more opportunities for affordable and comprehensive digital health service access for all customers." In the initial development stage of Komunitas Sehat, Telkomsel has launched the ComboFit Jamsostek Package, the first bundling package in Indonesia that provides data quotas, health services, and protection guarantees simultaneously. In collaboration with the FITA health application and BPJS Employment, the ComboFit Jamsostek Package offers solutions that cover protection and wellness aspects. Priced at Rp55,000 through the MyTelkomsel Super App, customers will receive an 8 GB data quota, a 30-day FITA Premium Plan subscription for access to exercise plans, recipes, articles, workout videos, Food AI, chat with coaches, and BPJS TK Protection that can be activated with an activation link sent directly via SMS to the customer's device. Deputy Director of Membership Special Programs at BPJS Employment, I Putu Wiradana, stated, "The collaboration with Telkomsel and FITA in this Healthy Community is an important step in providing broader health protection guarantees for the community, especially protection while working or in business, or the risk of losing lives for workers. Through the ComboFit Jamsostek Package, we hope to provide easier and more affordable access to health services and employment protection. We believe this collaboration will have a great positive impact on all BPJS Employment participants." Furthermore, to collectively maintain health with the community, Telkomsel also launched the Selangkah Movement. This program provides incentives in the form of data packages for customers who achieve a target of 10,000 steps every day through the FITA application. After reaching the target, customers will receive notifications to redeem 10 GB of data quota for only Rp10 through the MyTelkomsel Super App. "Collaborating with Telkomsel and BPJS Employment in the Healthy Community allows us to expand the reach of health services and well-being to more users. With the commercial assets support from Telkomsel, FITA will continue to explore the health and fitness ecosystem with the hope of providing significant contributions and benefits to the community," expressed FITA CEO, Reynazran Royono. The launch of the Healthy Community coincides with the Cooltura music and cultural festival in Bali, held in the form of Cooltura Run with various activities and fun focusing on health. Taking place in six cities starting from May 25, 2024, along with IndiHome, the Cooltura festival is Telkomsel's effort to provide an unforgettable experience for all customers who have inspired the company to continue innovating and providing the best services for the people of Indonesia.
