Health practitioner Prettysia Suvarly said that health education should be implemented as early as possible. She believes that it is important to have material or curriculum about a healthy lifestyle that is carried out continuously. "There is material or curriculum about prevention, a healthy lifestyle is carried out continuously and repeatedly. In the end, what happens? It becomes ingrained," said Prettysia at the CNN Indonesia Big Idea Forum event, Wednesday (3/26). She believes that this will make young people 'aware' of their own health. Prettysia said that in the future, young people will no longer be afraid to have regular health checks. She analogized it to a student who is used to studying and preparing himself, he will not be afraid of taking exams. "But when there is a student who he knows he never studies, never prepares himself. When he is asked to take an exam, he will definitely be afraid," she said. She also emphasized the importance of instilling a better preventive curriculum for a healthy lifestyle for young people. She gave an example, one of which is by encouraging young people to take advantage of the free health check program held by the government. "And as the Minister said earlier, it is true that FOMO must be created. If you want to reach young people, enter younger communities, sports events, mini concerts. Take advantage of influencers," he said.
