There are five award categories at the Royale Inspiring Woman Awards 2024 event, including 1) Royale Lady of Education, 2) Royale Lady of Entrepreneurship, 3) Royale Lady of Cultural Preservation, 4) Royale Lady of Sports, and 5) Royale Lady of Social Work. Nominations submitted online by the Indonesian public are then curated based on the activity, achievements, and inspirational impact of each of these inspirational women.

GalihSulistyaningra, one of the nominees for the Royale Inspiring Woman Awards 2024 in the Education category, had the opportunity to share her inspirational experience. Despite holding a master's degree from studying abroad, Galih is now a public elementary school teacher due to her noble mission to improve education in Indonesia.

The appreciation from Royale by SoKlin means a lot to me as a woman working in the field of education to create a better generation in the future. I started my aspirations by becoming an elementary school teacher and consistently sharing the spirit of educational improvement on social media before being able to develop other initiatives and reach other areas in Indonesia," expressed Galih.
