Halal Kulture District Invites Young People To Explore Halal Lifestyle

Thursday, 27 Feb 2025

The Halal Kulture District event was completed on Friday (21/2) to Sunday (23/4) yesterday at Brickhall, Fatmawati, South Jakarta. This event was specifically designed as a place for the younger generation to explore the concept of halal in a more modern and relevant way.

CEO of EO Mumtaz Creative, Agung Paramata, as the event organizer, expressed his gratitude for the support of the Head of the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) Ahmad Haikal Hasan for Halal Kulture District.

According to him, Ahmad Haikal Hasan's presence at the event was a great moral support for the younger generation who are struggling to change the perception of the concept of halal.

"This is truly an honor for us, children who are struggling to make halal not something difficult. The presence of the government at this event really motivates us. So far, many people think that halal is difficult, but after hearing Babe Haikal's explanation, we understand that halal is a lifestyle. Halal Kulture is not only for Muslims, but halal is for all of us," said Agung in a written statement, Monday (24/2).

Agung hopes that this moment will be the beginning of further collaboration, considering that more and more millennials and Gen Z are starting to care more about the halal lifestyle.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Haikal Hasan also gave his views on the importance of understanding the concept of halal in a more inclusive and universal way. He emphasized that choosing halal products is actually choosing the best quality.

"Let's ask people, when choosing food, will they choose clean or dirty? Definitely choose the clean one. Likewise with the source is clear or unclear? Of course the clear one. Food that is clean and has a clear source is what is called halal. Because everything that has been certified halal is guaranteed to be clean and traceable. Therefore, halal is for all of us," he explained
