The New Tribeca officially opened its doors on Saturday, December 15, 2024, merging the latest dining experiences with lifestyle offerings at the Central Park Mall in West Jakarta. The establishment features a biophilic design concept that harmoniously integrates modern architectural elements with fresh, green nature, positioning The New Tribeca as an all-day dining destination that provides a blend of aesthetics and open space for visitors. Silviyanti Dwi Aryati, the Assistant General Manager of Marketing Communications & Relations at Central Park Mall, stated that this destination was created in response to the growing demand from restaurant patrons for dining experiences that extend beyond mere comfort. They seek spaces that are interconnected with open areas and combine aesthetic appeal with functionality. "The New Tribeca will serve as both a culinary destination and a social gathering place," she remarked during a press conference on Saturday. She further noted that the new Tribeca concept capitalizes on the high foot traffic at Central Park Mall, featuring a seamless design that connects the mall with Tribeca. The new design, crafted by Singaporean architects DP Architects, aims to facilitate direct access to Tribeca for visitors while introducing an outdoor al-fresco dining concept on the Upper Ground floor, creating a relaxed atmosphere infused with natural elements. In addition to the al-fresco dining concept, The New Tribeca is equipped with various other amenities, including The Grand Steps, a photogenic area with elegant design, and the captivating Spiral Staircase. There is also an Event Space designated for hosting a variety of exciting events in the future. Among the tenants available are BAIA NONNA, Antarasa, Endorphins Inc, Ikinari Steak, and Saigon Ngon, with additional tenants set to join, such as Dim Pot, Artisan Kuliner Group, Harlan+Holden Coffee, and Popolama.
