BRI Supports The Festivities Of Kafegama Fun Walk - Promoting A Healthy Lifestyle

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has once again extended its support to the Central Management of the Alumni Family of the Faculty of Business and Economics of Gadjah Mada University (PP Kafegama) in organizing the 'Kafegama Fun Walk 2024'. This event was successfully held on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah area in Jakarta.

The Kafegama Fun Walk 2024 is a sustainable program conducted annually to foster connections among alumni, students, and the general public. This year’s theme is 'For a Greener Earth, United and Beneficial'.

Agustya Hendy Bernadi, Corporate Secretary of BRI, stated that this outdoor sports event is enriched with various entertainment options that evoke nostalgia and stimulate creativity among the Indonesian people. Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed a music stage featuring popular Indonesian artists and musicians of 2024, as well as a micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) market offering a variety of culinary delights while appreciating the beauty of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.

"The collaboration of BRI in the Kafegama Fun Walk 2024 reflects our commitment to encouraging the community to engage in physical activities and realize their full potential. The fun walk exemplifies a means of promoting a healthy lifestyle within society. This value aligns with BRI's mission to create economic and social impacts for the community," Agustya Hendy Bernadi remarked in a written statement on Thursday, December 12, 2024.

During the event, BRI also presented various attractive offers at the BRI booth, such as the opportunity to apply for the Kagama Card Credit Card, which includes exciting prizes, vouchers up to IDR 100,000, and cashback of IDR 500,000.

"Additionally, every new BRI account opening will receive appealing gifts and cashback of IDR 125,000. BRI is also providing attractive rewards for transactions involving GAMASTEPS MONEY MARKET MUTUAL FUNDS," he added.

Meanwhile, Friderica Widyasari Dewi, the Chairperson of PP Kafegama for the 2024-2027 term, expressed that this fun walk event is not only attended by alumni of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) but also welcomes the general public.
