Nothing Is Set To Launch The CMF Phone 2 Pro

British technology company Nothing is set to launch its latest device, the CMF Phone 2 Pro, on April 28, 2025. This launch represents Nothing's commitment to expanding its CMF by Nothing product line, which is recognized for its distinctive design and affordable pricing, as reported by Antara. 

The CMF Phone 2 Pro will target the mid-range market, featuring impressive specifications for its price category. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro SoC. Nothing has revealed that the device will include three rear cameras, highlighted by a primary 50-megapixel (MP) camera with a large 1/1.57-inch sensor. 

Additionally, the phone will feature a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom capabilities, making it the first in its segment to offer such a feature. It will also include an 8 MP ultrawide camera with a 119.5-degree field of view. This camera setup is reminiscent of the Nothing Phone (3a). 

About Nothing 

According to the Nothing website, this technology company is based in London, England, and was founded by Carl Pei in 2020, alongside Akis Evangelidis. The company is known for its bold approach to creating technology products that are not only functional but also visually appealing and enjoyable, characterized by transparent designs and the unique Glyph interface. 

Nothing's slogan is, "We’re building a world where tech is fun again." The company's journey began with the launch of the transparent earbud, ear (1), followed by a range of audio products and smartphones. In 2023, they introduced CMF by Nothing, aimed at making technology more accessible to a broader audience. 

Nothing has a subsidiary, CMF, which launched its first smartphone, the CMF Phone 1, in early April 2024. This device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G chip. The CMF Phone 1 features a robust body that is difficult to open, presenting both advantages and disadvantages.
