Google has officially given Android Auto users the freedom to play certain games on their car screens with some special requirements that must be met. 9to5google reported on Saturday that Google had announced this in March and that it would support certain Android games that could be played on their users' screens Even so, the games that can be played and also when the function can be run, this has not been published directly by Google. It seems that the update that is already available from version 14.0 to Android Auto version 14.1 seems to be the key for Android Auto users to play games provided by Google on the vehicle screen. Even so, the version update that occurred last week, actually did not affect it. Google itself has confirmed that this latest update is actually not needed to play games on Android Auto. Users have confirmed that the game works on Android Auto 14.0 stably. On the other hand, the requirement to play games on the car screen via Android Auto is linked to the latest Android version on the user's phone on this occasion, users must have a device running Android 15 to be able to play some games. Meanwhile, many have taken advantage of this game when they park their vehicles such as Angry Birds, Candy Crush Soda Saga, and Beach Buggy Racing. Indeed, these games can only be played when the vehicle is stopped, not on the road. To be able to play these games, users need to download these games on their Android 15+ phones and will only see the game titles when their device is connected to a car that is compatible with Android Auto and the vehicle is fully parked. The game will later appear in the Android Auto application drawer even when the vehicle is moving, but it will be blacked out (cannot be played).
