Realme Is Prepared To Showcase New Technology At MWC 2025

The technology company, realme, has announced its preparations to participate in the global technology event, Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain.

realme is set to showcase its latest mobile technology and will reveal its three-year strategic plan during this international event.

In a press release issued by realme on Thursday, one of the standout technologies to be featured at MWC 2025 is optical imaging, which elevates mobile photography to a DSLR level. To enhance its presence at MWC 2025, realme is organizing a competition titled #Shotonrealme, aimed at photography enthusiasts, particularly its dedicated fans known as realme Fans.

This competition is presented as a tangible demonstration of realme's commitment to supporting its predominantly young fanbase in expressing themselves through smartphone photography.

“This program serves as a form of appreciation for our fans. By reintroducing the #Shotonrealme competition, realme aims to celebrate the creativity of our Fans and continue to inspire their passion for photography,” stated Krisva Angnieszca, Public Relations Lead for realme Indonesia.

The #Shotonrealme competition features simple terms and conditions, specifically designed to engage the community. Each week throughout February 2025, a unique theme will be introduced to inspire participants.

Entrants can submit their work by uploading photos taken with a realme smartphone on the realme Community platform in the form of a thread.

To complete their submission, participants must follow the Instagram accounts @realmeindonesia and @realmecommunity.

The best works will be selected by the realme team, and each week, there will be an “Honorable Mention” for chosen photos that will be published on the realme Indonesia Instagram account, providing broader recognition for the participants. As a token of appreciation, three realme products will be awarded to each winner at the end of the month.
