The Minister of Communication and Digital (Menkomdigi), Meutya Hafid, emphasized that collaboration with India will serve as a fundamental pillar in realizing a modern and efficient digital government in Indonesia. "Digitalization of government is no longer an option but an urgent necessity. Indonesia is prepared to collaborate with India to adopt and adapt cutting-edge technology, particularly in the development of digital identity," Meutya stated in a written statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday. According to her, all these aspects will strengthen digital transformation in Indonesia. She added that a strategic collaboration with India is expected to accelerate the achievement of the Asta Cita targets while ensuring Indonesia's position as a key player in the global digital era.
