Blibli Ticket Hosts BOLD Festival 2024, A Learning Festival For Employees Ready For Transformation

To enhance the strategic competitiveness of the company through the involvement of human resources, PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk ('Blibli'; 'Company'; stock code BEI: 'BELI') is hosting the Blibli Tiket Learning Day (BOLD) Festival for employees within the Blibli Tiket ecosystem, which includes Blibli, tiket.com, Ranch Market, and Dekoruma. The theme for this event is 'Transformation & Growth'.

The BOLD Festival 2024 features over 24 national and international speakers from various industries, including the Chairman of the National Economic Council, General TNI (HOR) (Ret.) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, former Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi, and Stephen M.R. Covey, an international public speaker on Trust, Leadership, and Culture, who is also a former CEO of Covey Leadership Center and the author of the New York Times bestseller "Trust & Inspire."

This hybrid learning festival is attended by thousands of employees from the Blibli Tiket ecosystem across Indonesia. Participants can choose from six thematic classes (Business, Technology, Logistics & Warehousing, Sustainability, Leadership, and Personal Development) based on their needs and interests to sharpen their skills for daily professional challenges.

As the keynote speaker, Luhut Panjaitan shared his experiences leading economic transformation involving various sector policies. He also discussed the 4R approach: Ratio, which emphasizes logic and involves young talent in strategic decisions; Rasa, which highlights the human aspect of leadership; Raga, which focuses on maintaining a healthy body and mind; and Religi, which stresses adhering to spiritual values in every action.

Retno Marsudi, another inspiring figure, emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity and moral responsibility when managing complex situations. Her presence at the BOLD Festival not only shared her experiences in handling diplomatic relations between countries but also inspired discussions about the role of women in various fields, including the workplace.

Another notable speaker was Stephen MR Covey, author of the best-selling book "Trust & Inspire." He highlighted the significance of a culture that prioritizes understanding over merely being understood. By practicing empathy and actively listening, leaders can foster a solution-oriented environment. Covey also stressed that effective leaders should not only rely on technical skills but also focus on building and maintaining trust with their teams.

The festival featured several other speakers, including Jahja Setiaatmadja, President Director of BCA; Neneng Goenadi, Country Managing Director of Grab Indonesia; Ratna Kartadjoemena, Co-founder of Bicara Udara and Chairperson of the Paloma Sjahrir Foundation; Zaldy Ilham Masita, Director of Paxel and Chairman of the Indonesian Logistics Association; Meidy Fitranto, Co-founder & CEO of Nodeflux; and Mohamad Bijaksana Junerosano, CEO of Waste4Change.

The BOLD Festival 2024 aligns with recent findings from the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2023, which identifies leadership, adaptability, and continuous learning as key elements for developing resilient and competitive future leaders.
