Shopee Indonesia has reported that sales of products from local brands and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) increased by more than 7.5 times on Shopee Live during the peak of the 11.11 campaign compared to regular days. She noted that Shopee Live has optimized the business growth of local brands and SMEs during this year's 11.11 Big Sale. The platform not only offers the best deals and significant discounts that help sellers attract more buyers but also showcases the success of Shopee Live's interactive features in supporting the growth of local brands and SMEs. Throughout the 11.11 campaign, Shopee Live has remained a preferred interactive shopping method for consumers. "The ease of access to products, along with the creation of order and interaction among users, has led to more local brands and SMEs utilizing this feature," Monica added. Furthermore, she observed that the live streaming sales style, which allows for real-time questions and product reviews, has had a positive impact felt directly by local brand partners across various categories during the peak of this year's 11.11 campaign. The utilization of this interactive feature during the 11.11 campaign has allowed the local brand partner in the Men's Clothing category, Tenue de Attire, to experience remarkable enthusiasm from Shopee users. Throughout the duration of the campaign, they witnessed a transaction increase of up to 30 times compared to regular days for various types of shirts and tops that have become customer favorites.
