SnackVideo, a popular short video platform, has launched a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in Cisauk, Tangerang, Banten. The platform donated a pair of soccer goals to support the local community. In addition, SnackVideo collaborated with various fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) partners to provide ice cream and honey products to the people of Cisauk. The CSR initiative, themed "From SnackVideo to the Village," aims to enhance public access to sports, promote health, and empower the youth. As one of the leading short video apps in Indonesia, SnackVideo serves many users in rural areas. "Believing in the significant growth potential of villages, we strive to create more value for users and social value to enhance our brand equity," said Yugo Prabowo, SnackVideo's Chief Operating Officer, in a statement to Kontan.co.id on Wednesday (November 13). SnackVideo is committed to revitalizing villages through technology and short video capabilities. The "From SnackVideo to the Village" program will run until November 17, 2024, supported by content creators. The launch attracted over two million online participants and more than 56,000 livestream viewers. Currently, SnackVideo has over 43 million active monthly users, with an average usage time of more than 90 minutes each day. By 2025, SnackVideo plans to expand its CSR campaign to more villages.
