As the 59th Anniversary approaches, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) once again held its annual routine event called "Anniversafari," which is a working visit by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Telkom. The Anniversafari activities were carried out nationally in all Telkom Regional areas with the main agenda of face-to-face meetings with corporate customers at the Corporate Customer Gathering event as a form of Telkom's appreciation for the support and trust given by customers to the company. The event was attended by Telkom's President Commissioner Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro, President Director Ririek Adriansyah, along with Human Capital Management Director Afriwandi, Strategic Portfolio Director Budi Setyawan Wijaya, Enterprise and Business Service Director FM Venusiana R, accompanied by Executive Vice President of Telkom Regional VII KTI (Eastern Indonesia Region) Amin Soebagyo conducting a working visit to Telkom Regional VII, specifically in Makassar on Wednesday (5/6). During the Corporate Customer Gathering agenda, the Telkom Commissioners and Directors met with various corporate customers of Telkom in the South Sulawesi region. This is in line with the ongoing transformation process, where Telkom is now refocusing its business by targeting the Business-To-Business (B2B) segment. Telkom is committed to always providing optimal services to meet the needs of the community, as well as providing the best customer experience. Meeting face-to-face and listening directly from customers is one of Telkom's ways to continue making sustainable improvements. During this event, Head of the South Sulawesi Communication and Information Office A. Winarno Eka Putra, S.STP., M.H represented the Acting Governor of South Sulawesi Province; Inspectorate of Kodam XIV Hasanuddin Brigadier General TNI Dwi Endrosasongko, S.Sos; Head of IT Division of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Commissioner Pol Syaiful Rahman, S.I.K representing the Chief of the South Sulawesi Regional Police; Head of ICT & Public Relations of the Makassar Communication and Information Office Isnaniah Nurdin, S.Sos., M.I.Kom representing the Mayor of Makassar; Company Directors; University Rectors and Vice Rectors; Media Editors; as well as small and medium-sized business owners. In his speech, Bambang explained about Starlink, which is currently being widely discussed by the Indonesian community. Bambang believes that new technologies like Starlink can help facilitate telecommunications for residents who are not in urban areas and do not yet have connectivity infrastructure, such as fiber optics. "Telkom has collaborated with Starlink, where Starlink supports connectivity on several islands such as Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. This helps Telkom connect remote areas in Indonesia," explained Bambang. Some time ago, Telkom through its subsidiary Telkomsat and Starlink signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for enterprise segment services in various regions of Indonesia. This collaboration allows Telkomsat to provide competitive business services based on Starlink that are equivalent to the business packages offered through the Starlink website. At the same event, Ririek expressed his highest gratitude and appreciation to all customers for the trust they continue to place in Telkom. Telkom's existence for 59 years is certainly inseparable from the support provided by stakeholders. "Hopefully, in its 59 years of journey, Telkom can continue to provide optimal services and deliver the best for all Indonesian people," concluded Ririek.
