Heri Yusuf, the Corporate Secretary of MIND ID, stated that efforts to increase sales were carried out comprehensively from upstream to downstream. The company strives to ensure product quality and compliance with product safety standards and procedures. "In improving customer satisfaction, MIND ID members implement an integrated quality management system that covers the entire business process, from exploration, production operations, processing, to product delivery to customers," said Heri. He explained that this management system integration includes performance monitoring, risk identification, opportunities for improvement, as well as the development of strategies and programs aimed at improving product and service quality. Throughout 2023, MIND ID members have successfully increased customer satisfaction, with no compliance violations regarding customer safety and health, and no withdrawal of products from Holding Members. To boost sales, the MIND ID Group always conducts sampling testing and quality testing on commodities and products before they are distributed to buyers in accordance with international standards. For example, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) implements supervision policies for nickel and bauxite commodities sold. Buyers have the right to be present or appoint an independent surveyor to oversee the sampling and testing process to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with internationally recognized methodologies. The analysis results are final and used as the basis for payment transactions. Not only focusing on the domestic market, the MIND ID Group is also intensifying its efforts to strengthen sales in the export market through the Centralized Commercial Function (CCF) strategy. "Sales activities are key activities for mining and metal companies, so optimization initiatives will have a significant impact on the company. In addition to the domestic sector, MIND ID is also actively strengthening sales services for the export market," said Heri. Through the CCF strategy, MIND ID strengthens sales integration in the export market for all MIND ID Members through MIND ID Trading Pte Ltd as the Company's Trading Arm. Meanwhile, marketing and sales mechanisms in the domestic market are regulated by each MIND ID Member. With improved governance from production to sales, MIND ID successfully maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. Based on surveys, the level of customer satisfaction for MIND ID Members can be categorized as "very good" in 2023. "The integration of management systems from the initial production process to reaching customers is the main focus of MIND ID. We are committed to continuously improving performance, both operationally and financially, by seizing every opportunity for improvement in both the domestic and export markets," he concluded.
