BRI Life, RS Melinda, And RS Edelweis Bandung Have Launched The BRI Life Corner To Provide Top-notch Services

Monday, 28 Oct 2024

One key factor in the quality of health insurance services is choosing providers that share the same service standards and commitment as the insurance itself. When health risks are transferred from participants to BRI Life, the care will be managed by providers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.) whenever BRI Life insurance participants need health services.

To enhance the role of these providers, BRI Life is continuously strengthening its commitment to protecting its customers by introducing innovative services that boost the effectiveness and professionalism of healthcare delivery. This includes fostering better collaboration between BRI Life and its providers, which is essential for building a partnership based on trust regarding financing and service quality.

This commitment was highlighted with the launch of a partnership between BRI Life and several provider hospitals in Bandung on Friday (October 25). The event featured BRI Life's Marketing Director Sutadi, along with Bank BRI representatives including Regional CEO RO BRI Bandung Sadmiaji, Regional Funding and Transaction Head BRI RO Bandung Fandi Imawan, and Dhinar Adi Nugroho, the Branch Manager of BRI Bandung Soekarno Hatta.

During his speech, Sutadi announced the opening of BRI Life corners at Melinda 3 Hospital and Edelweiss, with plans to expand to more hospitals in the future. The BRI Life Corner is a special service initiative designed to provide comfort to BRI Life customers when they need healthcare services.

“We offer various service conveniences through the BRI Life corner, such as easy access to benefit information, registration processes, claims submission details, and a personal BRI Life assistant to help and accompany you when you need healthcare services,” he stated.

Sutadi mentioned, “With BRI Life Corner, we’ll be able to monitor services at high-traffic providers by placing a BRI Life representative on-site. This way, we can offer direct assistance to BRI Life customers regarding information needs and reimbursement processes, creating a One Stop Solution.”

Meanwhile, Fandi Imawan, the Regional Funding and Transaction Head at BRI RO Bandung, representing Bank BRI, welcomed everyone and explained, “BRI Life Corner is a breakthrough that makes it easier for Bank BRI customers to access healthcare services at provider hospitals.”

BRI Life is always looking to transform its partnerships with provider hospitals or referral hospitals, as this aligns with its strategic initiatives to deliver the best and most professional healthcare services, aiming to “make Indonesia healthier.”

The ongoing collaboration, communication, and teamwork hopefully will attract more patients, especially BRI Life customers and insurance participants, making Edelweiss and Melinda Hospitals their go-to choices for healthcare,” Sutadi concluded.

Dr. Erchamzah, MMRS, the Chief Medical Officer of Edelweiss Healthcare Group and Hospital Director of Edelweiss Hospital Bandung, represented the hospital and shared, “Edelweiss Hospital is continuously striving to enhance its services for all patients and is always open to collaborations with various parties to provide the best healthcare for the community.”

“With the improvement in our services and healthcare facilities, we hope to strengthen the synergy between Edelweiss Hospital and BRI Life, leading to better healthcare experiences and satisfaction for every BRI Life insurance participant,” he added.
