MODENA, a leading global consumer electronics company in household solutions, proudly announces its participation as one of the main sponsors in the Ubud Food Festival 2024. The event aims to celebrate the culinary and cultural diversity of Indonesia, as well as raise funds to support local community programs. As a company committed to making a positive contribution to society, MODENA is honored to support the Ubud Food Festival. "We are proud to be part of an event that celebrates the richness of Indonesian cuisine while supporting positive efforts to enhance the well-being of the local community," said Dita Gautama, Head of Marketing at MODENA. Janet DeNeefe, Director of the Ubud Food Festival and founder of the Mudra SwariSaraswati Foundation, said, "We talk about food—its purpose, its meaning, and the way it grows with sustainability always in mind. I believe that MODENA is also really serious about sustainability as a company with integrity. Of course, they provide all the products we need to create the food festival, so I think we are totally in line." One of the highlights of MODENA's participation in the Ubud Food Festival is the auction of the FC 9942 S, the best collection of freestanding stoves from MODENA. This stove offers exceptional cooking solutions with beautiful professional design and high quality. The funds raised from the auction of this product will be used to support culinary education and contribute to several culinary development programs in Ubud. The fundraising through the auction of the freestanding FC 9942 S stove is an opportunity for us to showcase our commitment to quality and design, while also making a real contribution to the community through the funds raised for education and culinary development in Ubud," added Dita Gautama. As an additional note, MODENA has been actively involved in various charitable activities in the past. Last year, MODENA raised funds together with Habitat Indonesia through a charity concert titled "Songs for Cianjur," which successfully raised significant funds to help earthquake victims in Cianjur. In addition, MODENA also donated a Masterpiece Retrofridge painted by Anfield Wibowo, a young artist with Asperger's syndrome. The artwork titled "Limitless" was auctioned and sold for USD 4500 at the Golf Charity event, which aimed to raise funds to support the "Sanitary Kitchen Renovation" program in the Bogor area. This activity is a tangible proof of MODENA's commitment to supporting the improvement of quality of life in affected areas. MODENA hopes that through its participation in the Ubud Food Festival, it can work together with the local community to achieve common goals in improving the quality of life for the people.
