Tugu Insurance Provides Protection For Runners At Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024

PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), has once again shown its commitment to sports and health. This time, Tugu Insurance is supporting the Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024, which will take place at Istora Senayan Jakarta on November 24, 2024.

Tatang Nurhidayat, the President Director of Tugu Insurance, stated that over 8,000 runners participating in the Eco RunFest 2024 can run with peace of mind, as Tugu Insurance provides personal accident insurance coverage.

“Tugu Insurance covers participants for personal accidents during the coverage period. If a participant dies or becomes totally disabled due to an accident, they will receive compensation. This insurance is available for categories including 1.5K (Family Run) with 1,850 participants and 5K (Fun Run) with 6,459 participants,” explained Tatang.

The compensation amount is Rp50,000,000 per person, with a maximum age limit of 79 years. Additionally, if a participant is injured, they will receive medical treatment costs up to Rp5,000,000 per person.

Moreover, Tugu Insurance will set up a booth featuring interactive games to educate attendees about the importance of insurance in a fun way. They will also offer various prizes, including one year of free personal accident insurance (t protect) for game winners and one year of free towing service from Tugu Real Experience (t rex) for use when needed. To make the booth more engaging, Tugu Insurance has invited several influencers to join the activities.

The Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024 will see participation from 12,300 runners across different age categories. There are four race categories: 1.5K, 5K Fun Run, 10K, and Half Marathon 21K. This activity is also a way for Pertamina Group to work together and provide positive benefits to the wider community.
