The largest property technology company in Indonesia, Lamudi.co.id, has officially partnered with Ray White (Indonesia) for digital marketing and strategic collaboration. This partnership aims to enhance the performance of Ray White agents by integrating Lamudi's technology with Ray White's digital platform.

The collaboration was formalized with a signing ceremony attended by Johann Boyke Nurtanio, Country Director of Ray White (Indonesia), and Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Digital Classifieds Group, the parent company of Lamudi.co.id, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in Jakarta.

Johann Boyke Nurtanio expressed his enthusiasm for this strategic partnership. "This collaboration aligns with our 2025 tagline: Collaboration, Consistency, Perseverance. By working with Lamudi's advanced technology, we can help our agents operate more efficiently and provide better services to clients," he stated.

He also mentioned that this partnership supports Ray White Indonesia's vision to lead the property industry, especially in utilizing digital technology. "We believe that with Lamudi's technological support, our agents will become more effective and efficient in boosting productivity while tackling the increasingly competitive property market," Johann added.

Friecy Nadia, Head of Broker Classifieds at Lamudi.co.id, noted that many property agents in Indonesia are facing complex challenges. To address this, Lamudi is developing the first SuperApp in Indonesia, specifically designed to support the performance of property agents. This innovative app will feature advanced tools that are directly integrated with Ray White Indonesia's technology platform. "The SuperApp is expected to be available for use in 2025," Friecy said.

Friecy further explained that this SuperApp is designed to assist real estate agents in various aspects of their work. "With the new SuperApp, each agent can manage leads more effectively and efficiently, create opportunities for co-broking with other agents, and simplify processes, applications, administration, and mortgage calculators," he said.

The collaboration between Lamudi and Ray White (Indonesia) is expected to bring a significant change in how real estate agents operate in Indonesia. With the right technology, agents are anticipated to not only adapt to market changes but also thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.

"Ray White (Indonesia) and Lamudi are committed to ensuring that agents have the technology to support them in facing challenges in the real estate market. This partnership marks an important milestone in boosting the productivity and efficiency of agents," Friecy concluded.

Currently, there are over 78 Ray White offices with a total of 297 agents actively integrated into Lamudi. This has created great opportunities for Ray White agents to reach more potential buyers through a wide and efficient digital marketing network.
